Payments made through online methods (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) are processed via secure payment gateways.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on eligible orders and locations.

4️⃣ ORDERS & CONFIRMATION

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.
Elan Vior reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Stock unavailability

In such cases, a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.

5️⃣ SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.
Next Day Delivery is applicable only for eligible Delhi NCR orders.
Elan Vior is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or government restrictions.

6️⃣ RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within the stipulated time mentioned in the policy.
