Refund policy

At Elan Vior, your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. We follow a transparent and customer-friendly return and refund policy while maintaining strict hygiene standards.


📌 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item or size)

👉 Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Used, washed, or worn items

  • Products without original tags and packaging

  • Innerwear/lingerie returned due to hygiene concerns

  • Size issues (size exchange may be applicable, see below)


⏱️ RETURN WINDOW

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.


🔁 SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Size exchange is allowed only once per order, subject to stock availability.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


💸 REFUND POLICY

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Wrong product delivered and replacement is unavailable

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer

⏳ Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.


🚚 SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • In case of approved returns due to our error, return shipping cost will be borne by Elan Vior


❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Panties

  • Shapewear

  • Bodysuits

  • Lingerie and innerwear products

(Unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Products showing signs of wear, wash, stains, or damage after delivery will be rejected.

  • Elan Vior reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.

  • Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen resolution — this is not considered a defect.
