📌 ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

Products without original tags and packaging

Innerwear/lingerie returned due to hygiene concerns

⏱️ RETURN WINDOW

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
🔁 SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

Size exchange is allowed only once per order, subject to stock availability.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
💸 REFUND POLICY
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

Product is damaged or defective

Wrong product delivered and replacement is unavailable
Refund Method:

Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method

COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer
⏳ Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.

In case of approved returns due to our error, return shipping cost will be borne by Elan Vior
