Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation of their order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will make every effort to cancel it successfully.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been packed, processed, or handed over to our shipping partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customers are requested to carefully review their order details before placing an order.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash On Delivery orders, repeated order cancellations or refusal to accept deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Elan Vior reserves the right to refuse COD services to customers with a history of excessive cancellations or rejected deliveries.

Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Estimated refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval.

Cancellation By Elan Vior

In rare situations, Elan Vior reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Product unavailability

• Inventory mismatch

• Pricing or technical errors

• Payment verification issues

• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

• Incomplete customer information

In such cases, prepaid customers will receive a full refund.

Modification Of Orders

Once an order has been placed, modifications such as changing products, quantities, colors, sizes, shipping addresses, or contact details may not always be possible.
